Early in a professional tennis career, while rankings and reputations are being built, players are threatened by 3 vulnerabilities:
At HaltonUK, we have developed the PROV3 Programme to help players through this phase of their careers. We aim to achieve this using our definition of "winning":
To identify, gather and mobilise all our resources to go as far as we can
In this, our behaviours will be driven by our three key values (3V):
