Everyball Aspirational Player Programmes

The Everyball Aspirational Player Programmes

RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, RESILIENCE, REFLECTION

Our culture is defined by what what we do repeatedly (our behaviour) which is, of course, influenced by our thinking system and philosophy:

We are committed to fight for everyball, to run down everyball, and to play everyball with courageous purpose. We see everyball as an opportunity to explore our 'becoming selves', our curiosity and creativity. We know that everyball extends beyond our sport as we learn the fundamental life skills that enable us to thrive in an ever-changing world.

-Mike James (founder of Everyball Tennis)

Our aspirational player programmes are described below:

A2R : Aspire to Reach

We have a mission to reach out to our local community to inspire more people to play our fantastic sport.

A2P : Aspire to Play

Whatever your ability, tennis is genuinely a sport for life through which you will meet new friends, play socially and enjoy competition at club level. Starting at Sporty Tots, the Aspire to Play programme introduces beginners to tennis and leads them through a programme for the improving and social player.

Mini Red, Orange, Green and Yellow ball tennis

Players progress through 4 colours (phases) of mini tennis, each with its own court size and ball type developing vital skills and techniques at an early age. Development and ability have a bearing, but generally, Mini Red players will be between 4 and 8, Orange 7-9, Green ball players 9-10, and Yellow ball from 10.

A2Pr : Aspire to Perform pre-Academy

The programme begins with 'a little more, a little earlier' for apiring competitive players seeking to progress beyond intra/inter club competition.

A2X : Aspire to Excel

Competitive tournament players improving national, TE/ITF rankings.

ProV3

A beneficial initiative of HaltonUK's charitable projects supporting the careers of aspiring but vulnerable professional tennis players.
